Inconsistencies in mmCIF residue numbering
The mmCIF residue numbering (found in the cif file) is based on the seqres record so that unobserved residues are apparent from the residue numbers. There are two chain breaks in this structure where this numbering is inconsistent:
- A chain break of 16.3A between residues 19 and 20 (mmCIF numbering) (6 and 8 in pdb file numbering)
- A chain break of 13.7A between residues 24 and 25 (mmCIF numbering) (12 and 14 in pdb file numbering)
