• This template is being included by PDB entry pages to add links to databases and analysis tools
• You can edit this page to add links to further databases and tools which will then appear on every structure page
• Note that databases/tools shown here should be searchable by the PDB code as a URL parameter, e.g. http://pqs.ebi.ac.uk/pqs-bin/pqs-hits?px=1tdr
• To add a new link:
  • Click Edit at the top of this page
  • Add the link to the appropriate section above the line:

    <!-- add new ...link above -->

  • As the pdb code parameter use {{{pdbid}}} which will automatically be replaced by the respective pdb code of the including page
  • See the existing links as examples
• Use the discussion page to discuss databases and tools and to suggest new links
