- 2010/03/12 Publication about PDBWiki to appear in Database: The Journal of Biological Databases and Curation
- 2010/02/23 PDBWiki 1.2.1 released. New features include:
- Highlights of user submitted annotations now available in one overview page
- New extension allows easy citation of scientific articles in comments
- New tutorial for improved structure reports functionality
- Updated help pages
- 2009/05/18 PDBWiki 1.2 released. New features include:
- New form for adding comments/annotations, knowledge of wiki syntax no longer necessary
- Optional cartoon visualization with new image rollover extension: move the mouse over the preview image in any page. A special gallery page for each structure will follow.
- Updated all structure pages to new format (identical chains grouped together, updated links to Blast and Uniprot)
- Technical changes which make the site easier to manage and more reliable (merged comment pages with talk pages, improved update pipeline)
- Some cosmetic changes (new logo, new thumbnail images)
