[edit] User comments

[edit] Likely to be a trimer

The PISA server (http://www.ebi.ac.uk/msd-srv/prot_int/pistart.html) predicts this structure to be trimer which seems more likely than the monomeric PDB biounit.

[edit] Inconsistent mmCIF residue numbering

There is a chain break of 13.7A between the C-alpha atoms of residues 507 and 513 (395 and 396 in mmCIF residue numbering). The mmCIF numbering, which is supposed to match the SEQRES numbering, is inconsistent in this case.
